Our morning departure from Flagstaff to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon begins our 6-day scenic
Canyonlands tour. We arrive at Bright Angel Lodge where park service shuttle is provided to Hermit's Rest and
the West Rim route. Lunch will be on your own in the Bright Angel area. As our time at the Grand Canyon
begins to end enjoy the stunning vistas as light, shadows and clouds create ever changing colors of the landscape.
We exit by motorcoach from the east entrance of the Grand Canyon where a short drive brings us to
Cameron Indian Trading Post, a showplace of Native American and Southwestern art. Our travel today continues to

Wednesday Oct. 21st (B,L,D)
Our morning begins after breakfast with a Jeep tour to Antelope Canyon. A sacred site for the Navajo,
this slot canyon was formed over thousands of years by erosion and flash flooding, giving the narrow
passegeways their characteristic "flowing" shapes. From Antelope Canyon we continue our scenic
adventures with a half-day calm water rafting trip on the Colorado River to Lees Ferry (with box lunch).
This evening we attend a Native American dinner show of the Navajo People where short stories, singing
and dances are performed.
Thursday Oct. 22nd (B)
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we continue our motorcoach travel to Bryce Canyon
National Park in Utah. Thin spires of rock known as "hoodoos" define the scenery of Bryce Canyon. Red, orange and
pink limestone formations in the shape of totem poles have been sculpted over time by water, ice and
gravity. A lunch stop (on your own)will be made at Ruby's Inn Bryce Canyon. Our
traveling day will
begin to end as we continue to Zion National Park where two nights of hotel accommodations

Friday Oct. 23rd (B)
Today's adventure begins after breakfast with our motorcoach entrance into Zion National Park. After being
dropped off at Zion National Park Lodge, and having lunch on your own, you will have time to ride the free
park shuttle buses from Zion Lodge (the best way to experience Zion National Park).
Gaze upon the orange glow of towering sandstone formations and the beauty of
plant life growing out of weeping rock walls. Tonight have dinner on your own at one of
the restaurants located within easy walking distance of the hotel.
Saturday Oct. 24th (B)
Although our Canyonlands trip is nearing the end, we still have one more final destination to complete.
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart to the state of Nevada. We will be driving
through Valley of Fire enroute to Henderson, Nevada where a lunch stop (on your own) will be made.
A visit to Ethel M Chocolate Factory & Cactus Garden will also be made before arriving in
Laughlin, Nevada where two nights of hotel accommodations are confirmed at:

Sunday Oct. 25th
Free day to relax and enjoy your stay in Laughlin. Stroll along the Laughlin Riverwalk with views of the Colorado River,
or try your luck at any of the 10 casinos located in Laughlin.
Monday Oct. 26th
After our morning check-out from Harrah's Hotel we head west to California. Our 5-hour drive to
Fullerton, California will have us arriving in time to board Amtrak's eastbound "Southwest Chief".
