Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the A to Z Travel Center website and the information, features, and services available through it.

1. About A to Z Travel Center

A to Z Travel Center provides travel-planning, advisory, reservation, and related services for individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations.

We assist clients with travel arrangements that may include:

  • Air transportation
  • Cruises
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Vacation packages
  • Guided tours
  • Rail travel
  • Ground transportation
  • Group travel
  • International travel
  • Travel insurance referrals or purchases
  • Other travel-related products and services

Unless expressly stated otherwise, A to Z Travel Center acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a request, approving travel arrangements, authorizing a reservation, or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you are arranging travel for another person, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to act on that traveler’s behalf
  • You have provided that traveler with these Terms and Conditions
  • The traveler has agreed to the applicable terms, costs, restrictions, and supplier conditions
  • The information you provide for that traveler is accurate and authorized

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website or authorize A to Z Travel Center to make travel arrangements on your behalf.

3. Travel Suppliers

Travel products and services are provided by independent third parties, which may include:

  • Airlines
  • Cruise lines
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Tour operators
  • Rail operators
  • Transportation companies
  • Destination-management companies
  • Vacation-package providers
  • Travel insurance companies
  • Excursion operators
  • Other travel suppliers

A to Z Travel Center does not own, control, manage, or operate these suppliers.

Each supplier may impose its own:

  • Terms and conditions
  • Payment schedules
  • Deposit requirements
  • Cancellation policies
  • Change fees
  • Refund rules
  • Baggage policies
  • Health requirements
  • Conduct requirements
  • Documentation requirements
  • Liability limitations

Your reservation is subject to all applicable supplier terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

When supplier terms conflict with these terms regarding a supplier-provided service, the supplier’s terms generally control that service.

4. Accuracy of Traveler Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate traveler information.

Traveler names must match the identification or passport that will be used during travel.

You must review all quotes, invoices, confirmations, itineraries, tickets, and travel documents promptly and notify A to Z Travel Center immediately of any error.

You are responsible for verifying:

  • Legal traveler names
  • Dates of birth
  • Contact information
  • Travel dates
  • Departure and arrival cities
  • Flight schedules
  • Hotel dates
  • Room or cabin categories
  • Loyalty-program information
  • Passport information
  • Special requests
  • Other reservation details

Corrections requested after a reservation is made may be subject to supplier restrictions, rebooking requirements, fare increases, penalties, or cancellation.

A to Z Travel Center is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by a traveler or person acting on a traveler’s behalf.

5. Quotes, Prices, and Availability

Travel prices and availability can change at any time until a reservation is confirmed and all required payments have been accepted.

A quote does not guarantee:

  • Availability
  • Final price
  • Fare
  • Exchange rate
  • Taxes
  • Fees
  • Fuel supplements
  • Resort charges
  • Port expenses
  • Government assessments
  • Room or cabin category
  • Flight schedule
  • Promotional benefits

Quoted prices may be based on current supplier information and may expire without notice.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices are generally quoted per person and may be based on:

  • Double occupancy
  • A specific room or cabin category
  • Particular travel dates
  • A limited-time promotion
  • Current taxes and supplier fees
  • Specific fare or package conditions

A supplier may correct pricing errors or withdraw an offer before or after booking, subject to applicable law and supplier policy.

6. Deposits and Payments

Reservations may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment.

Payment deadlines are controlled by the applicable supplier and must be met to maintain a reservation.

You authorize A to Z Travel Center and the applicable travel suppliers or payment processors to charge the approved amount using the payment method you provide.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the payment amount
  • Confirming the applicable currency
  • Meeting all payment deadlines
  • Maintaining sufficient funds or credit
  • Confirming that payments have been processed successfully
  • Paying any additional amounts required due to changes, taxes, supplier adjustments, or exchange-rate fluctuations

Failure to make a payment by the required deadline may result in automatic cancellation, loss of deposits, penalties, or increased pricing.

A to Z Travel Center is not responsible for a reservation canceled because a payment was declined, delayed, disputed, reversed, or not received by the supplier deadline.

7. Professional and Planning Fees

A to Z Travel Center may charge professional, consultation, research, planning, ticketing, change, cancellation, group-management, or other service fees.

Any applicable A to Z Travel Center fee will be disclosed before it is charged.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, professional and planning fees:

  • Compensate A to Z Travel Center for time, expertise, research, administration, and advisory services
  • Are separate from supplier charges
  • May be nonrefundable once work has begun
  • May still apply if you decide not to book
  • May apply in addition to supplier change or cancellation penalties

Supplier refunds do not automatically include a refund of A to Z Travel Center’s professional fees.

8. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and change rights vary by supplier, fare, package, policy, promotion, and date of cancellation.

You may be responsible for:

  • Cancellation penalties
  • Change fees
  • Rebooking costs
  • Fare differences
  • Lost deposits
  • Nonrefundable supplier charges
  • Professional service fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Currency or payment-processing costs

Some travel products are entirely nonrefundable from the time of purchase.

All cancellation and change requests must be submitted to A to Z Travel Center in writing unless immediate telephone contact is necessary because of an urgent situation.

A request is not effective until it has been received, acknowledged, and processed by A to Z Travel Center and the applicable supplier.

Refunds are controlled by supplier rules and applicable law. Airline passengers may have refund rights in certain circumstances involving canceled or significantly changed flights, but eligibility depends on the facts, the traveler’s response, and current Department of Transportation rules.

A to Z Travel Center does not guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, credit, waiver, exception, or future-travel certificate.

Processing times are controlled by the supplier, bank, credit-card company, insurer, or payment processor.

9. Credit-Card Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact A to Z Travel Center and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue.

A chargeback does not eliminate:

  • Contractual obligations
  • Supplier penalties
  • Nonrefundable charges
  • Professional fees
  • Amounts validly owed

Submitting an inaccurate, misleading, or unsupported chargeback may delay resolution and may result in additional collection, administrative, or legal costs where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

10. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended because travel arrangements may be subject to cancellation penalties, interruption costs, medical expenses, evacuation expenses, baggage losses, delays, and other risks.

Travel insurance coverage is subject to the specific plan’s:

  • Terms
  • Conditions
  • Coverage limits
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Exclusions
  • Definitions
  • Claim procedures

A description or summary of insurance coverage is not the insurance policy.

You are responsible for reviewing the complete plan documents and determining whether coverage meets your needs.

A to Z Travel Center does not:

  • Guarantee that a claim will be approved
  • Determine insurance benefits
  • Adjust claims
  • Interpret coverage on behalf of the insurer
  • Promise reimbursement for any specific event

Claims are determined solely by the insurance company under the policy terms.

If you decline travel insurance, you accept the financial risks associated with cancellation, interruption, medical events, delays, supplier failure, and other uninsured losses.

11. Passports, Visas, Identification, and Entry Requirements

Each traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documents required for travel.

Depending on the itinerary, required documents may include:

  • Passport
  • Visa
  • REAL ID-compliant identification
  • Government-issued identification
  • Travel authorization
  • Vaccination documentation
  • Parental consent
  • Minor-travel documentation
  • Proof of onward travel
  • Proof of sufficient passport validity
  • Other entry or transit documents

Government requirements may change without notice.

The U.S. Department of State provides passport, visa, destination, safety, and international travel information, while the Transportation Security Administration publishes current identification requirements for airport checkpoints.

A to Z Travel Center may provide general guidance, but does not issue passports or visas and does not guarantee that a traveler will be admitted into any country, permitted to board transportation, or allowed to complete an itinerary.

Travelers should independently verify all requirements with the appropriate government agencies, embassies, consulates, and travel suppliers.

A traveler who lacks required documentation may be denied boarding or entry and may lose all amounts paid.

12. Health, Medical, and Accessibility Requirements

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to participate in their itinerary.

You must disclose relevant mobility, accessibility, dietary, medical, or other special requirements early enough for A to Z Travel Center to communicate them to suppliers.

Special requests are not guaranteed.

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Obtaining medical advice
  • Carrying necessary medication
  • Confirming destination health requirements
  • Arranging mobility or accessibility assistance
  • Understanding the physical demands of the itinerary
  • Obtaining required medical documentation
  • Confirming that suppliers can accommodate their needs

A supplier may deny participation when it reasonably determines that a traveler cannot safely participate or when required accommodations are unavailable.

13. Travel Advisories, Safety, and Personal Responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks.

These risks may include:

  • Illness or injury
  • Crime
  • Political unrest
  • Terrorism
  • War
  • Civil disturbance
  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Labor strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Disease outbreaks
  • Unfamiliar laws and customs
  • Remote or hazardous conditions

Travelers are responsible for reviewing current destination information and deciding whether to travel.

The U.S. Department of State publishes destination-specific advisories, safety information, and assistance resources for Americans traveling internationally.

By proceeding with travel, you voluntarily accept the ordinary and extraordinary risks associated with the itinerary.

14. Supplier Changes and Travel Disruptions

Travel suppliers may change or cancel:

  • Flights
  • Flight numbers
  • Aircraft
  • Cruise itineraries
  • Ports
  • Hotels
  • Rooms
  • Cabins
  • Tour schedules
  • Transportation
  • Excursions
  • Amenities
  • Included services
  • Departure times
  • Arrival times

A to Z Travel Center does not control supplier operations and cannot guarantee that any itinerary will operate exactly as originally described.

When a disruption occurs, A to Z Travel Center may assist with available alternatives, subject to:

  • Supplier rules
  • Availability
  • Applicable fees
  • Office hours
  • Communication access
  • The nature and urgency of the disruption

Any replacement arrangement may require additional payment.

A to Z Travel Center is not responsible for supplier schedule changes, cancellations, delays, overbooking, denied boarding, strikes, mechanical problems, or operational decisions.

15. Force Majeure

A to Z Travel Center is not responsible for delay, cancellation, interruption, loss, damage, or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Earthquake
  • Epidemic or pandemic
  • Government action
  • Border closure
  • War
  • Terrorism
  • Civil unrest
  • Labor dispute
  • Strike
  • Supplier insolvency
  • Utility or communication failure
  • Cyberattack
  • Transportation failure
  • Acts of God
  • Other extraordinary events

Refunds, credits, changes, or alternative arrangements arising from such events remain subject to supplier terms, insurance coverage, and applicable law.

16. Supplier Insolvency or Default

A to Z Travel Center does not guarantee the financial condition, solvency, or continued operation of any supplier.

If a supplier ceases operations, enters bankruptcy, defaults, or fails to provide a purchased service, recovery may depend on:

  • Supplier policies
  • Credit-card protections
  • Travel insurance
  • Bankruptcy proceedings
  • Applicable law
  • Other available remedies

A to Z Travel Center is not responsible for amounts lost because of a supplier’s insolvency, default, fraud, or failure to perform.

Your use of a third-party website is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless A to Z Travel Center, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Inaccurate information you provide
  • Your violation of law
  • Your conduct during travel
  • Claims made by travelers for whom you arranged travel
  • Your misuse of the website
  • Your failure to comply with supplier or government requirements

23. Governing Law and Venue

Unless prohibited by applicable law, any legal action arising from these terms, the website, or services provided by A to Z Travel Center must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

24. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to provide written notice describing the dispute and allow A to Z Travel Center at least 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.

The notice should include:

  • Your name
  • Contact information
  • Reservation details
  • Description of the dispute
  • Relevant supporting documents
  • Requested resolution

This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or pursuing remedies that cannot legally be limited.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

26. No Waiver

A failure by A to Z Travel Center to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

These Terms and Conditions, together with applicable:

  • Supplier terms
  • Invoices
  • Payment authorizations

  • Services
  • Suppliers
  • Website functionality
  • Business practices
  • Legal requirements
  • Industry conditions

The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Terms applicable to an existing confirmed reservation may also be governed by the version accepted when the reservation was made and by the applicable supplier terms.
